Policy brief & purpose
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our environment, our business partners, the community, and our employees. Our company’s existence is not lonely and therefore our business model revolves around the concept of the opportunities to give back to the world just as it gives to us – a principle of mutual success!
We want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.
Our company will:

- Ensure that all its business operations are legitimate
- Keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent
We’ll always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. We’ll promote:
- Safety and fair dealing
- Respect toward the consumer
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices

Protecting the environment
Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing garbage and usage of carbon footprint. We have an objective to achieve a complete carbon offset by year 3 of operations. Our current efforts to reduce our carbon footprint include a “switch off” policy where staff is encouraged to switch off any electronics / light / power points when not in operational use. Another tactic is our travel policy applied to all sales reps. Sales reps are given a compressed local area to target allowing minimal travel within their day reducing overall fuel consumption. We also encourage walk-to-work, cycle-to-work, and catching public transport.
Drop20 Deals has also scheduled a few programs for next year which include;
- Plant-a-tree (Tree for like)
- An interactive incentive to encourage use of public transport.
- Using environmentally-friendly technologies
Protecting the people
We’ll ensure that we:
- Don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community.
- Avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people.
- Support diversity and inclusion.
Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labor practices. We’ll ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country (e.g. forced labor).
Donations and aid
Where possible, we extend a lending hand through communal donations that provide some financial relief, or in support of a greater cause. Drop20 Deals may preserve a budget to make such monetary donations. We take on an accommodative CSR strategy by donating to local, national, and international charities some autonomously, in honor of privacy requests, as well as community bodies publicly.

Our company will encourage its employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally. Our company may sponsor/ collaborate volunteering events from other organizations. Causes we have volunteered with/for;
- Sacred Heart Catholic School “Buddy Bench Project” – Villawood
- Human Appeal
- Drop20 TCOYL (Take.Control.Of.Your.Life) – providing motivational talks, encouragement to healthy active living and mental strength, anti-bullying programs, and empowerment initiatives.
Community Involvement Program
Our community involvement program provides a variety of options for us to work hand-in-hand with socio-economic incentivized organisations and our local communities.
Through community inclusion opportunities, we look for ways to collaborate with our local community representatives, as well as the public, to help pursue their good-willed causes, personal dreams, and goals. We do this by providing a number of services including;

We also welcome young curious minds to explore our processes, business adventure, and experiences as we log our movements through social network mediums. This creates an opportunity for prospecting employees to learn more about us, our marketing tactics, and strategy implementation that they could utilize as a transferable learning curve.
